In Europe, it is common to eat sushi with chopsticks, but you can also eat it with your hands. Interestingly, in Japan, eating sushi using your hands is very popular. While you can consume sushi without using chopsticks, its preparation requires the use of appropriate tools to make the served dishes aesthetic and, above all, tasty. Who else than a Japanese manufacturer can know better which sushi knife will be the best. The BF-AB-60 is a kitchen knife that fits into three categories: safe, chef’s knife, all-purpose. It has a medium-length blade (170 mm), compared to other knives from these categories with the same blade length, it is a light knife. It can be used to perform all basic cutting techniques. Beef Yakitori with green tea and seasoned Japanese rice

    1/3 cup (80 ml) light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 2 lemongrass stalks (inner core only), grated
  • 1 łyżeczka oleju chilli (patrz uwaga)
  • 2 łyżeczki zielonej herbaty o luźnych liściach1 teaspoon of chili oil (see note)
  • 1 cm piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
  • 600 g beef steak, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup Japanese furikake seasoning (see note)
  • Pickled ginger and mizuna (see note), to serve

Put soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemongrass, chili oil, green tea, ginger and coriander into a large bowl. Add the beef, mixing to coat, then refrigerate to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2.Put 12 small wooden sticks into a bowl of cold water and leave for 1 hour.
3.Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
4.Meanwhile, heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
5.Drain the beef and then place it on the soaked skewers. Grill the beef, turning, for 3-4 minutes until rare or done to your liking. Rest, loosely covered with foil, for 2-3 minutes.
6. Mix the cooked rice with furikake spice. Serve the beef skewers with seasoned rice, pickled ginger and mizuna.
